Our WordPress Care Plans cover you, so you can get back to working on your business, not learning to be a website expert. 

Have a problem? Just submit a support request via our convenient support portal and we’ll take care of everything. 

Our starter plan includes ten support requests each month. If that’s not enough or you want help with your marketing strategy, you can upgrade to the unlimited plan. You’re free to move around between plans on a month by month basis, too.

Part 2:Blisteringly Fast Hosting

Slow sites mean low sales, and we can’t have that. Hosting is included in every plan. 

We keep your site fast, secure, and ready to scale when you go viral on IG or appear on Shark Tank. 

Here are the highlights: 

  • A VPS with High-Frequency Processors to provide a snappy experience for your online course or eCommerce shop.
  • Access to our agency plug-ins and tools. We invest heavily in agency licenses that allow us to add features to your website without you incurring additional expense. You’re always welcome to run whatever plug-ins you like, but we have already done the research and  have deep ties to several developers to get the best performance out of our stack.
  • Cloudflare APO serves your entire WordPress site from the Cloudflare edge network ensuring consistent, fast performance for visitors no matter where they are.
  • 25K Transactional Emails per month. Send website emails that hit the inbox. We’ll configure your website’s receipts, membership notifications, and password reset emails to send via Elastic Email, so they hit the inbox reliably.
  • An SSL Certificate to keep your site secure. An SSL certificate allows you to send and receive encrypted data to and from your site visitors, so they’ll feel safe making purchases from your site. Most importantly, you’ll get the padlock on Chrome and Safari and avoid the dreaded “NOT SECURE” message next to your URL.
  • No overages. If you go over your limits, we’ll ask you to upgrade your plan the next month.

Note: The VPS included with our Website Care Plan is sufficient for most small and medium-sized businesses, but if you have a lot of users connected to your site concurrently, you might need to upgrade. This is common for LMS platforms or eCommerce businesses. The average cost to upgrade is just $29/month.

Keeping your website secure is critical to keeping your customers & your brand protected.

We follow industry-leading security practices to make sure you and your customer’s data stays safe and accessible. 

Here’s how we protect your site:


A Web Application Firewall (WAF) that protects your website from software vulnerabilities and separates actual visitors from fake traffic.

We’ll block malicious bots & spam. Fewer spam comments and spam form fills means you can spend your time doing more productive things than filtering out the junk. 

Blacklist Monitoring so you know if your site is listed as a security risk. Yep, this is a real thing and it could be costing you sales. 


Domain Expiration Monitoring. We’ll give you a heads up if your domain is going to expire, so you can make sure you renew and don’t lose your address on the web.


Plug-in Vulnerability Monitoring. Most security issues on WordPress sites are caused by 3rd party plugins that contain vulnerabilities. We’ll handle this for you, so your website never has vulnerable software. Vulnerable plugins are always updated the same day. Hackers will never have a chance. 


Uptime monitoring. We monitor your site every minute, 24/7. If it goes down, we’ll take care of it before you or your customers even notice. In the event of an extended outage, we’ll notify you so that you can pause paid traffic campaigns until the outage is resolved. 


Automatic Backups. We can take up to hourly backups of your website. If disaster does strike, you’ll never lose more than an hour’s worth of data. We store backups on multiple locations, so we’ve got backups for our backups.

Pick a Plan

After you sign-up for a plan below, you’ll get access to our client portal. The client portal is where you’ll interact with us, send us files, and manage your account.

The first thing you need to do is send us credentials for your site & your DNS provider. We have videos to guide you every step of the way.

Security Audit & Updates

After we receive your credentials, we’ll perform a rigorous security check on your website to be certain your site is free of malware or vulnerabilities. We’ll also update your site to make sure it is ready for step 3. 



We’ll move your site to a dedicate high-speed virtual private server so your site always has the dedicated horsepower needed to deliver a crisp experience for your users.


Speed Optimization

Your new site will run on a blistering fast webstack that will have you automatically seeing speed boosts, but we’ll also configure Cloudflare APO & Image Optimization to make sure your site loads quickly for users all over the planet.


Security Lockdown

We’ll configure a Web Application Firewall (WAF) to prevent DDoS attacks and keep your site secure. You’ll stay online even if someone is trying to bring you down.

We also setup uptime monitoring so we can be alerted the moment something goes wrong with your site, like your SSL. certificate doesn’t display properly or your hosting goes offline. 


Backups Galore

We’ll set backups to occur as frequently as every hour so that even if your server bursts into flames or some tech spills his coffee*, you’ll never lose more than 60 minutes of changes to your site.

We backup to 3 locations. Locally to your server, to Backblaze B2, and to Amazon AWS. 

*Our server partners don’t drink coffee or light fires while working on hardware.

We currently work 9am – 5pm CST Monday – Friday. We are 100% located in Minneapolis, Minnesota. We don’t hire contractors or farm out the work to white-label partners. 

In the case of an emergency, like a site outage, we are on call 24/7. Our monitoring service calls our cell phones to alert us of trouble.

No, sorry! Our hourly rates are $120/hour so our plans are already an incredible value.


If you have multiple domains you want coverage for, you can purchase multiple plans at once using the quantity selector at purchase.

(You must purchase a plan for each domain.)

We don’t currently offer any discounts for multiple sites. Paying annually will get you the best deal.


No, we don’t handle personal email. We leave that to the professionals like Google & Rackspace. If you are currently getting email hosting from your provider, reach out to us for advice on migration.


Migrations are typically completed within 48 hours of payment. We don’t charge a migration fee, but your first month of billing starts after you sign-up… so technically there is a small fee.

Downtime is typically under 30 minutes, unless you have ecommerce traffic or other transactions happening on your site that we need to take extra care to not lose any data. If that is the case, there may be 2-4 hours of downtime which we can schedule during your non-peak hours.


No we don’t, but you can upgrade your server resources independently from your care plan. If your server needs a speed boost, we’ll reach out to you with a recommendation. The typical cost for this is less than $30/month additional.

24/7 Uptime Monitoring

We’ll keep an eye on your site and instantly swoop into action if something goes wrong with your server. If you can’t afford to be down for even a second, ask about our fallover protection that will keep your site online, no matter what. 


Regular Updates

Never worry about updating a plugin and breaking your site again. WordPress gets a bad rap for security, but that’s usually because of out of date plugins with security vulnerabilities. We update vulnerable plug-ins on day one. WordPress core, your theme, and other plugins are updated as soon as we’ve tested their stability.

Cloudflare APO provides a Global CDN that servers your entire WordPress site via 200+ points-of-presence across the world. It’s optimized for speed & SEO and provides many security features like DDoS protection and advanced DNS security. 


Gridpane allows us to manage sites more efficiently and effectively while keeping costs low for our clients. 


We take email deliverability very seriously. Things like password resets, receipts, and marketing emails need to hit the inbox, that’s why we include email sending through Elastic Email with all of our plans.

Of course you’re free to use any plug-ins on your site that you have a license for, but here are some of the plug-ins we prefer to install and manage on our client sites. 


We chose Elementor as our default page builder because of its ease of use for non-web developers, deep feature set, and massive 4 million site install base, ensuring it’ll be around for years to come. ​


We favor Astra Pro because of the tight integration with LearnDash, clean code, and impressive page load time it provides.

We also use the entire lineup of Brainstorm Force tools like ConvertPro & Ultimate Add-ons.


Adding metadata & schema to your website is likely to improve your click-thru-rates on search engine results pages. Using the SEO Press plugin, we ensure that search engines understand what content is on your website, giving you the best chance to outrank your competition.
